Google Bad Review 1: We applied for a Rental Property with this company. After one week we still hadn't heard anything about our application. Tim ignored two emails and a voice message during this time. Once he finally took our phone call he then assured us that everything was going along fine and that we just had to sign the tenancy agreement. Three days later we made many attempts at contacting him again, eventually being told he would chase up the application for us.
The following morning we received an email saying that the property had been let to someone else.
Very dissapointed that we wasted 12 days to find out we were unsuccessful and also lost time looking for other places as we were told we had the one with Oliver Burn.
Edit: I have been contacted by many people from Oliver Burn to rectify the situation. While I appreciate the matter being followed up on, I do believe it was unfortunately a once off situation which we found ourselves in and hopefully it shouldn't happen again to anyone else.

Google Bad Review (2): Eric the owner is a con man. This company is masked by the lovely women in the office.
Eric came and inspected our flat and said the painting we had had done professionally was not up to scratch so he kept £500 of our deposit to have it carried out “properly”, after 2 years not to his knowledge we went back to the flat randomly and the paint work was the same as we had done.
Also Eric used to turn up in announced and let himself in, been caught coming out of the shower before.
Avoid this company, this is a true genuine review of what you get with Oliver Burn. AVOID.
