Google Bad Review 1: Since I have open the door to the shop and have entered in employee didn’t even bother to welcome me to the shop as a Coustmer and she was setting down and watching phone or iPad, Even I call her 3 times she didn’t even responded she was ignoring me and my lady , by the way shop was empty it was just me and my lady, I had to approach her to ask politely for attention to be able to get service,
I’ve been doing shopping before in the shop many different times and always was a high standard service, this employee I have seen first time hope never ever again horrible service, when I even asked when you going to get any different stock she didn’t even know and she didn’t even bother to explain to all my questions she didn’t know any answers, I will highly recommend your staff to be retrained in knowledge and customer service.
