-Last week I asked receptor if I could get 3D scan and teeth photos in here. Because I already have Invisalign in China. I already told them my special condition. She booked the appointment and said I need pay £50. I thought that fees is for the 3D scan and photos. So I pay that.
-When the next day, I arrived and I thought I should get the 3D scan. However, when I repeated my request the doctor said she need asked the reception. And she said she can't do it for me. I need pay £ 300 for that and £50 just consultation fees.
Cheat me have consultations
-I understand everything have value, however I think I didn't need to pay the consultation fees.Firstly, I didn't need any consultation because I already continue my Invisalign in China.Secondly I think I didn't get any consultation because the doctor just gone out to ask reception my request during the consultation time, if that could named consultation I think everyone could do it.
Cheat me will give me refund
When I waste my 1 hours to argue with them about the funny “consultation”. They say they would check the record if they make the mistake they would give me refund. What is mean if the reception know I didn't need any consultation and I told the reception my request they will give me refund.
I agree that, I think £50 will come back because I didn’t make any mistakes.
However today, they told me although they check the record. That they mistake. My consultation already finished, so they can’t give me refund.
Firstly I didn’t have any consultation, if you think consultation means the doctor ask reception how much about scan fees. I hope other people wish pay that.
Secondly, I never heard service finished so we can’t give you refund. Starbucks will give consumers redo, Deliveroo will give refund etc.
Not to mention that I didn't enjoy your service.
Thirdly, If you think my service already finished so can’t give refund. Why you cheat me if check that your mistake you will give me refund?

I had an appointment to take a mouth scan and oral photos in their reception before! I also specifically talked about my situation, saying that I had done invisible beauty in China. After I put on my braces, the dentist asked me to find a way to take a mouth scan. Then she heard that it would cost 50 pounds. 这个诊所就是一个骗钱诊所！
我之前在他们reception约了拍口扫和口内照片！还特意说了我的情况说我在国内做了隐适美，我牙套戴完了牙医让我在这边想办法拍个口扫。然后她听完说那要付50磅费用。我觉得我话都说到这个份上了傻子也知道我要干啥了吧，所以我就觉得50磅是口扫费用。
第二天我过去，跟牙医再说了一遍我的要求。接着她去前台check了。我以为终于牙医要给我口扫了。结果她跟我说我要再付300磅。
我这才知道给我约的是面诊，我面诊个啥啊，我又不打算在这边戴牙套。我就拍个照片面诊啥？
接着我就很无语的走了，这时前台小哥因为惯例把我拦下问我要不要约下一次什么的。我就很生气接着就跟他们争论。
他们还说什么
“你这个是特殊情况， 前台给不了你价格得面诊才知道多少钱”
我就无语了，竟然我是特殊情况为什么你们按小册子上的口扫价格给我收费？我就是normal情况好吧。前台能解决的问题硬要我来面诊。三百磅也比其他家贵一百磅。
“如果你不面诊，我们医生不会给你260的价格。这个折扣我们医生之前从没给过！”
笑死口供都对不上， 因为我在里面问医生能不能便宜点？ 她说我们这从不打折！ 我说我不照x光能不能扣除这个费用。她说那就给我减40磅。我260这么来的。
接着当我跟他们三个人争论了一个小时后，头头说，行他们会打电话给昨天的前台确认谁的错误，如果我已经把我的情况说明了她们还是给我约了面诊的话，她们会退钱给我。
我以为我钱会回来，毕竟我确实说明了我的情况。没想到我中了敌人的缓兵之计。
今天她打电话来跟我说，她确认了是她们的错误， 但是我的面诊已经完成了，所以不能退钱。
得，那你之前说那么多干什么，横竖就是不退钱呗。你确不确认是你们的错误，这个“面诊”都已经结束了，那还说是你们错误就退钱干什么？真无语
