Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely terrible service. I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a poster to be printed after being told it would take 3 days. I went in after 2 weeks to check on it and reordered the list poster. I then called the next week to find out where it was and was told it has been collected by a colleague, even though this was a personal poster and there was no such colleague attached to the print. Apparently, this ‘colleague' had my personal details and the job number which I find very hard to believe. They have clearly given it out to someone else by mistake and not checked the details or they have lost it/not ordered it. I will never use this service again.

Google Bad Review (2): Bought a football shirt for over £80 took it in to have a name and number printed only to see on pick-up day they had put the wrong number!
Initially the guy I dealt with when I went in to pick up insisted that was what was on the order form only for him to check and see he was mistaken. They offered to re-do the job but the following day when I went to pick up, the previous mistake, although faint was still visible – not good enough seeing as it was meant to be a birthday gift.
Contacted the person who I first dealt with (assuming he was the boss) and relayed my dissatisfaction, suggesting I be reimbursed for the price of the shirt (thank God the price tag was still attached, so they were able to see the cost themselves). The guy was very rude and said the mistake was at my own risk and mistakes happen and they cannot be liable to reimburse purchases made outside the shop. He called me unreasonable. I had no choice but to accept the shirt in that condition. Needless to say I left the shop short-changed, helpless, annoyed and appalled by the service and lack of effort to put things right even if partially – I totally lost out through no fault of my own.
I would NEVER go back and wouldn't recommend anybody going there especially with expensive garments – a huge risk that could end up costing you, quite literally.
