Google Bad Review: They falsely advertise equipment repair, namely regulator repair. I spoke to someone few weeks ago who confirmed they service all major brands, so I decided to drop my kit off as they are conveniently located centrally.
I tried to call them before I made the trip to the store without luck as nobody answered but as they still advertise equipment service on their website I assumed they are providing the service.
It turns out their technician left months ago, there is nobody in the pipeline to hire, which I kind of understand based on the customer service and less than friendly staff in the store.
I asked them to at least update their website to reflect that they DO NOT offer equipment repair to stop misleading people but they still haven't done it. Maybe public shaming will give the necessary nudge.
I don't recommend purchasing anything from here or using any of their (non-existent/ falsely advertised) services.
