Google Bad Review 1: At first I was really impressed with the level of service that I got in the store. The shop assistant was very helpful and friendly. However, I was not sold what I asked for. I asked for a prepaid SIM card that would work also in continental Europe and they sold me one that only works in the UK. They guaranteed that the SIM card would work, e.g., in France, but it does not even connect there or elsewhere but in the UK! Now as I spoke to customer service they clarified the issue, but can do nothing about it. I also phone the store, but they cannot handle the issue over the phone. I'd have to go there in person, but I'm not in the UK anymore. It wasn't a problem of communication when I first purchased the SIM card at the store. It was a problem of misleading information. A little bit of training with the range of products in the store would be handy, leading to less unhappy customers. I can't tell how frustrated I am.
