Google Bad Review 1: Not a great experience.
My partner and I booked this restaurant the day before going over the phone.
We had ordered some still water to start and as we read food menu, there was no pizza section whatsoever. On the online menu they featured Neapolitan pizza as their speciality.
When the waiter came over to take our drinks order we asked about the pizza and they then proceeded to tell us that their oven was broken.
Now, this doesn't sound like a big problem but they had two opportunities to tell us this before we had booked, sat down and paid for drinks. Please also bear in mind that this restaurant essentially ONLY sells pizza and pasta so the omission of the pizza is half the menu gone.
When we told them we were disappointed and came for the pizza they were very unapologetic and our waiter snapped his fingers at a colleague to rush the card machine over the table – god forbid they comp the £2.50 bottle of water for the inconvenience.
Would not recommend.

Google Bad Review (2): Really disappointing. Wife’s birthday and her starter (parmegina) was lukewarm. Mine was a selection of “street food” which was basically deep fried cheese. Biggest issue was the pizzas. Undercooked, doughy and watery to the extent that they were almost inedible. We were the first sitting for dinner so maybe that was something to do with it, but maybe I’m being generous!
