Google Bad Review 1: The architect made a mistake with measurements that I had to rectify. There are cracks in my roof in different places from the beginning which I informed them about. They said it was the contractors responsibility but the contractor no longer communicates with NuSpace. I told NuSpace my contract is with them. This has been a nightmare from the beginning -2017. I dread rainy days. I urge you not to use this company. I might as well have project managed it myself.

Google Bad Review (2): NuSpace did my loft extension. Their customer service is simply disgraceful. Never get back to you. Never deal with an issue you may have. They fixed our double glazed door incorrectly and never got anyone back to sort or even call me. They added in loads of extras, as they said their contract only included the basics. They only told us that when it came to final payment which was over £5,000 more than expected.

They are simply the worst company I have dealt with. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN I DID SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO TAKE ISSUE, THEIR ATTITUDE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ACTUALLY UNACCEPTABLE. BUT, WE HAD ALREADY PUT SOME MONEY DOWN BY THEN, SO WE STUCK WITH IT.
