Google Bad Review 1: First appointment made turned out to be with someone they have since sacked as the appointment did not exist – second appointment, despite ringing and asking if it was OK to be ten – fifteen minutes late, sneered at and told I had to rebook. Horrible service from the front desk and cannot image what it is like despite the grand address, behind the scenes

Google Bad Review (2): This must be the WORST place in London that I have ever been to. The customer service is beyond awful with rude replies for staff when politely querying how much longer my refund for the ‘no results’ Lipitor’s treatments, they lure you into buying expensive courses.
After receiving no results what so ever from my treatment and relocating they finally agreed a partial refund from the course I purchased after months of emails and emails. Then advised payment terms for refunds take up to 28 days. On the 30th day I chased to get an automatic reply saying they will respond in 7 days. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY, I have no idea how this place is still running!!! There are much better places to go! I am still shocked at the rude emails received from ‘customer service’
