Google Bad Review: Such a horrible and disappointing experience. We went to see Mamma Mia on 19th of August 2017 at 19.45 for our 7th wedding anniversary. The ushers were like angry released dogs with no manners! I. Was constantly distracted from the show as they were on everyone's case for taking one picture! I didn't take my phone out and I still had to watch them waving.. Running.. Panicking… People pay big ££££ to see the show and you are ready to bite their heads off for one picture! Another thing was which I found completely out of proportion and so disrespectful… Women in front of us had one too many drinks before the show but still was behaving. During the break she came back to her seat with a glass of water which looked like gin and tonic. Usher came straight after her, waited for her to sit down and then loudly addressed to the women asking what does she have in her glass and that she hopes it's water and not alcohol. All people sitting around her could hear and see!!! How usher dears to embarrass women like that!?!?!?! She could talk to women in private, not in front of other people. They should all be fired or go to a training! They wouldn't allow you to enjoy the show because it's them who was telling people when you could sing and dance.. which was during the last two songs only. They literally came and showed signs to people to stand up and dance. I just left! When I pay, you don't tell me when I can sing along or enjoy the musical. Horrible experience! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! Such a waist of money and not very successful celebration of anniversary.
