Google Bad Review 1: Very disappointing experience. Asked for a balayage and instead got something that looks like dodgy highlights. Really not sure how it has gone so wrong as I had done my research and thought I was going to a reputable place but my hair looks nothing like what I asked for. To make matters worse, the end price was over £100 more than what I was quoted in my consultation appointment! I should have seen the new ‘post Covid’ charge as a red flag.
I was also under the impression that the deposit works like a regular deposit and goes towards your appointment but nope- it’s actually on top of what you pay and wasn’t made clear to me at all. Perhaps that’s my fault for making an assumption but I do feel more transparency to new customers and on their website would be more helpful.
I’m now left with a streaky hairstyle and over £500 out of pocket.
The salon is fun and there are some great personalities there. I love how inclusive it is and the values of the business but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): After dying my hair purple in this salon part of my hair fades into blue after one wash and green after the second and stays green until I dye it again. It's been over four months and I have dyed my hair three times since and still this keeps happening.
Also I didn't have the appointment with the person I booked with. The stylist put the dye in and then left me with assistants to finish the job while they move on to another client.
