Google Bad Review 1: This is more of a “how's my driving” review. It's not too professional or intelligent to tailgate and improperly overtake another vehicle using an offramp and breakdown lane with your business info plastered all over your van. Plate # NHHI-2.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible experience. I hired Norway for a home inspection, I made sure to ask that the home would be unwinterized for inspections. Jackie Kelly of Candice Starlett highly recommended them and scheduled them for me, and met them for the inspection. Norway never let me know they could not unwinterized the home, though they had both my phone number and email address. I found this out after I had paid for, and received my inspection. They even faked a water quality inspection, being there was no pipe at all that lead in from the well to the house which was never noted in the inspection, so no well water could be accessed for testing. We though the house would have running water once we moved in and would have it unwinterized, nothing was stated different than that in the report. For four days we had no water because the whole well had to be hooked up to the pump, it was quite an expense.
The inspection gave quite a glowing report for a home the age that it was, in the report there really were no major issues noted, other than a few recommendations to have looked at. Upon my arrival to the home, it was not true to the inspection what so ever. Paint, wall paper, were peeling off the walls and ceilings, the roof was substantially leaking and the whole attic was covered in mold from the leak.There was no power what so ever in any of the attic area, all outlets were dead. The washer and dryer were not inspected because “personal items”, which was a basket of dirty clothes in the picture, were in the way. The washer and dryer upon arrival, did not work. I was told the heater worked in the report, but should be upgraded, and a new flue installed. Upon arrival I found out it was red tagged from the local propane company in 2019 with an 8″x12″ big red sign on it. Norway ignored all my calls and emails regarding the issues. When we finally got the water working, the well bladder was leaking, plumbing was leaking, drains were clogged, toilets/ shower did not work, all of this could have been avoided if the water could have been turned on, and the system inspected, as I paid for it to be. Norway never reimbursed me for any of this, or answered and of my calls or emails. It was truly a disheartening experience, and I have no other choice than to hand this over to the local agencies that govern inspection agencies here, and my attorney.
I find it odd you ask I call your office when all I have done for a year is email and call. The home was purchased in a trust and I am not putting my personal information, or address up in a public review. Maybe you should look through your emails and see which ones explain this exact scenario.
