Google Bad Review 1: Been living for nearly 1 year at a place rented via Northside Estates.
It's been nothing but issues:
– the intercom has been broken since we moved in and has never been fixed
– they lied about the property having been professionally cleaned when we moved in, and they are expecting us to clean it to a professional standard when we move out
– we don't have ready access to electricity and gas meter readings (which are in a different flat for some reason)
On the last point, when I enquired about it in relation to not having been able to submit a reading before the price increase, they replied:
> Unfortunately, we can’t control the price increases in the country and can’t pay the bills for you.
I can't believe how rude that is. We never asked them to pay the bills for us, just to let us take meter readings.
Judge for yourselves what kind of a company this is.
