Google Bad Review 1: I went in to look at an item they had displayed in the window. After looking at it I wanted to do some research further into other buying options to see if it was worth £22 used. When I said I’d not take it today and see if it’s still there tomorrow. While still browsing some more in the store, the man who helped me went on to loudly talk to his colleagues about me and how I had “strange behaviour” in not taking the item right away and wanting to wait. Is that strange behaviour? Or is it more strange that this store seems to have a staff policy of loudly talking about customers behind their back? I wonder if he did this on purpose knowing I was still in the store, and if that’s the case, what does he say when I actually leave?
It’s one thing to find it annoying that I asked to look at something but decided to wait before buying it, it’s entirely another thing to talk about me while I’m still in the store, as if I caused the entire staff inconvenience. I felt so embarrassed and quickly left and will never be back.
