Google Bad Review 1: Today was supposed to be our first visit with the vets. Arrived 10 mins early to our appointment and was told to take a seat – over an hour and a half later and we still had not been seen or even spoken to. After complaining we were told it would be another 10 mins, but after 15 mins of not hearing from anybody we left.
I understand that there are always emergency and critical situations that can cause delays but the polite or decent thing to do would be to:
1. Warn someone when they arrive that there is a delay / back log of patients to be seen and so there will be a wait
2. Provide updates to those waiting after half an hour to give an indication of how much longer it would be
3. At least acknowledge or speak to those waiting.
I find it incredibly rude and disappointing that after 1h45mins we simply had to leave. There were people waiting before us, understandably, and others who arrived after us – and yet all were seen before us but still without any communication as to when we would be seen or why there was such a delay.
We only go to vets when we are worried about our pets so to be sat around and ignored for this long whilst still worrying about our dogs is really unacceptable. Absolutely will not be going back.

Google Bad Review (2): Don’t return phone calls, lack empathy. Couldn’t careless attitude. Over inflate prices … pretty poor service. Don’t care if your pets suffering … staff can’t spell your name right, lie down the phone to you and fob you off left right and centre. Gone right downhill this place. Do your research and go with someone THAT DOES CARE and is not just after money
