Google Bad Review: Worst ever care agency! AVOID at all cost. Very unprofessional service, they was my father's carers for 1 year after 4months it went down hill never turned up on time never communicated with my father also done what they liked! They were very abusive & rude. Complained to the headoffice numerous of times and got told the same old excuse we will sort it and the matter never got dealt with. It got to a point where we had to call the police. We are now with a new agency.
