Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely take back my previous positive review.
Unless you eat as fast as Usain bolt runs or have lungs of steel that can smoke at a million puffs a minute – DO NOT BOTHER.
The service is utterly appalling. From the manager who couldn’t care less for the concerns I raised nor attempt to try come to a compromise with the insane time limit, rather so insisting we will be charged £60 if we chose to leave (!) to the waiter who dumped the bill on our table mid dessert and stood there until we paid basically saying we will need to leave immediately after. That’s the most basic of manners you don’t seem to instil in your staff?!
Time limits are understandable but maybe do some research to see how other places implement this given your way is frankly unrealistic, insulting and rude.
How can you possibly be charging the prices you do and treating customers like they’re just a number you need to get in and out ASAP in order to get the next batch in. Was made to feel unwelcome from the get go this evening.
Definitely a shame given the shisha is great but you won’t even get the chance to enjoy it! Do not recommend and urge people to read genuine reviews before they waste their time or money.

Google Bad Review (2): Bad customer service got shouted at just because we wanted to change a table. As we were trying to speak to them they didn’t want to accommodate at all. Told us to leave if we wanted to. I would not recommend this place. Ruined our night. I would give this place a zero star if I could. I don’t usually leave reviews like that, but I felt like this is needed to warn other people.
