Google Bad Review 1: They post a lot of fake job adverts (~5 a day all with the same template/formula). You can see similar complaints on other websites.
I'm not sure if they're farming data to sell on, or if they're a legitimate recruiter simply desperate for leads, but proceed with caution – and consider whether or not you want someone like this to be representing you or your business.
(Please note, one of the directors also operates Dawson & Walsh, who post the same templates)

Google Bad Review (2): As an ex recruiter who is currently a software dev, I can categorically tell you that the job postings are fake. I follow the market closely and have many connections. I haven't applied for a position with Noir nor spoken to them, but I'm just letting you know that there are plenty of fake job specs to gather data. Tempted to report.
