Google Bad Review 1: *Edited due to response from business owner which misses the point of original review*
After welcoming the opportunity to sign a secure inventory digitally rather than in person due to Covid19 related concerns I'm disgusted to have been sent back an altered version with my signature attached. No Letting Go have wilfully changed the contents of the document and retained my online ‘signature' to appear as though I signed off something which is certainly not the case. Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour and the last thing I expected during a time when many businesses are doing their best to preserve their reputations as people focused and operating with the best interests of their staff and customers at heart. Woefully disappointing and disheartening to see such a deceptive move from a supposedly reputable business (and over something as trivial and low cost as a toilet seat). Shameful.
POST RESPONSE:
At no point did I claim the toilet seat didn't work. Just stated it was partially detached. The photos did indeed show it up and down, the same way I can take a picture of an open and closed door that has just one hinge. My complaint is nothing to do with the toilet seat, what sane person would leave a Google review about that? I'll write in block capitals so it's clear what my complaint was about: NO LETTING GO ATTACHED MY SIGNATURE TO A DOCUMENT I HADN'T SIGNED OFF, THEN THANKED ME FOR ‘APPROVING' IT. Simple as that lads. And for balance, the lady who answered your phone was lovely when she took the details of my complaint. Also, my actual landlord took the time to ring me personally to listen to my concerns, rather than dismiss them. And finally, I fixed the seat in about 30seconds with some superglue, so everything's fine now. Except your customer service, obvs.

Google Bad Review (2): The changeover from one tenant to another that was managed by No Letting Go in partnership with Purple Bricks was an unmitigated disaster.
Emails went largely unanswered, major issues were missed from the move-out (shattered glass hob? destroyed carpets? damaged cupboards?)
A carpet replacement was requested many times but never done, so it still smelled of cat piss and cigarettes by the time the new tenants moved in. A lock replacement was requested and ignored.
3 weeks after our tenants moved in we're still trying to get the place sorted out and our tenants are demanding a reduction in rent. Not sure what I'm paying for.
