Google Bad Review 1: I found Ni-Cons responsive at first when dealing with Carla but when I had an initial phone call with Laura I became concerned as she was late for our initial call for personal reasons. During the phone call we agreed to meet in person, I was told no preparation was required. During this meeting, Laura reviewed my CV and then asked me to look at roles I would be interested in so we could find a job specification. I was then asked to list strengths, weaknesses etc. I felt for proactivity’s sake that these could have been done in advance by the client instead of wasting valuable time in the face to face meeting. The body language of Laura was that of a school teacher, at one point she tapped her pen on my note pad as to hurry me along. With Laura being late for the initial call and with the flow of the meeting feeling a bit dysfunctional I decided, reluctantly, to end the meeting prematurely as to not waste either of our time further.
