Google Bad Review 1: Horrible rental company. They have left my friend without hot water on numerous occasions and have refused to help her.
Pure incompetence, they never reply and the only way to get anything fixed is to contact landlords directly.
Avoid at any cost.

Google Bad Review (2): I made a booking for a short let in February via HomeAway and the service was amazing! Until COVID happened… I thought I had some security because this booking is managed by Next Property but it has been the opposite. My booking was for March 24 – 31, 2020 pretty much the week the COVID imploded in the UK , my flights were cancelled and it was impossible for me to get there and when I tried to contact to cancel and get refunded as per HomeAway recommendations, Next Property completely stopped communicating. It's been 3 months and I haven't received any response or even a refund for damage deposits etc. It is certainly not what I expected from an established property management and real estate firm.
