I received a voicemail from Sue Hines on the 11th June 2019 asking me to call her about a role that was available, I duly called her back and was informed about the role to which I said I would like to be put forward for. Sue informed me that interviews would be taking place the very next day so she would send over the Job description and further information. She also advised me that her colleague would like to have a facetime chat with me before the interview the next day. I received her email at 09:42am with all the information and once again in the email she asked when I would be available to have the facetime chat with her colleague, I replied to her email at 09:49am and advised her that I would be free all day and asked what time would be best for them.
I then heard nothing back from Sue and emailed her again at 13:57pm asking her whether or not the facetime chat would be going ahead, I received no reply to my email. I then called Sue at 16:12pm to see if the process would be going ahead, Sue informed that the interviews had been pushed back by a day due to a change in the role description and that she was currently busy registering a candidate and would call me back in 15mins, 3 days later and I am still waiting for the call back.
I have worked as an Executive Assistant to two very busy and demanding Directors at a multi-billion pound company for 4 years and the company prides it's self on it's customer service, because without it's customers a company will not succeed. It has been 3 days since I last spoke to Sue and in those 3 days She has had ample time to either call me or send me an email to advise on what or if anything would be going further with my application.
