Google Bad Review: I had an appointment at 10:30 this morning only to arrive to find out they are running behind time as their machine to test eyes had broken down. Considering it states on my email that they give everyone an hour so there is no waiting time makes me feel really dissapointed that when the machine broke they didn't call me to reschedule but instead made me travel all the way to be told that there would be a long wait and that a new machine was on it's way. I know they had time to call as the gentleman in front of me would of had a 9:30 appointment if the literature they promote is true.
On leaving, there was a conversation about just “looking behind the eyes so that the customer would have to come back.”
So, sadly because they didn't value my time and didn't give me any customer care I will not be returning. I saw it as a sign of what else was to come. This place is visually unattractive and in this case, I felt that I had to judge the book by it's cover as if they didn't respect my time, they probably wouldn't respect my eyes.
