Google Bad Review 1: Really horrible experience- phoned as not used a launderette for at least 20 years. Wanted to know roughly how long a wash would take to dry and what coins the machines accepted and whereabouts down green lanes they were. Man who I spoke to was really sarcastic- when I asked where the launderette was near he answered ‘easter’ as he had obviously got fed up with the 3 previous questions! When I said sorry what do you mean, he launched into an attack, more or less saying I was asking stupid questions!! He needs to go to customer service training. I won’t be using their services.

Google Bad Review (2): Rubbish service very bad experience used it to clean my blanket machine start giving the error in midway no staff was present in shop call the number which was provided in the shop lady picked up after 5 calls saying someone will be there after one hour but no body showed up paid extra for the wash to get my blanket cleaned.
