Google Bad Review 1: Found new age letting both difficult and rude to deal with. I'm not from London and had to visit to make the viewings. Both viewings I arranged were rescheduled at the last minute without explanation. While I appreciate this can happen with lettings agencies there was no apology/ attempt to accomodate on their behalf. Good thing I had other viewings arranged or it would have been two wasted trips.
