we used there fitting services and was horrific how much waste they used due to the tiles either being cut incorrectly or the small peaces they had to cut due to poor setting out .when we raised this issue with the owner he got extremely confrontational and we just asked to leave ,we have since had another tiling company come and finish .
after our bad experience we decided to leave a review and found that the majority of these reviews are linked to accounts and companies abroad it seems the company running the website and google maps for neoville/neo tiling (same residential address) No tile shop as mentioned in most of the reviews (strange) is based on mis information.
we have been to this address and its a housing estate not a tile showroom
