I had wanted to try Neat Burger for a long time, as a vegan I was really excited. After a 12 hour day at work I thought I’d grab something before catching my train. But I ended up missing two trains home because I had to wait 25 minutes for a portion of fries. The staff couldn’t care less, and kept telling me ‘2 minutes’.
If you are thinking of going, I’d say give it a miss. It’s honestly not worth the wait.
The staff preparing food clearly need training to provide a more timely service. Neat Burger- Don’t brand yourselves as a fast food chain, and locate your outlet close to a train station, if you’re going to take 20minutes+ to make fries.
