Google Bad Review (2): Shockingly bad hair salon experience today. I have never felt more disgusted by getting my hair cut at a salon that i did today. I booked my haircut appointment for me and my 4 year old daughter confirming it for 3pm the next day. The lady (manager) confirmed everything over the phone. When i attended the appointment with my 4 year old, she had not written or even registered that i had an appointment at 3pm!!! Instead, she had invited her 4pm make up appointment (more money) for my 3pm time! When i tried to explain to her that i wanted my appointment, and the mistake was on her part, she tried to tell me to come back another time like i have nothing better to be doing! I arranged childcare for my baby to get my haircut!!! She was so rude and shouting that my daughter started crying and got upset. She was in such a hurry to attend to the other make up appointment that she tried to blame my 4 year old and said, i cant do her haircut, she is crying too much. Even when my 4 year old was calm the manager refused to do it! Obviously because all she cared was about getting money from people. When it came to my haircut and blow-dry/straightening…the cut was too short, layers and feathering were choppy. Not great. She then didnt even use any heat protection before blow-dry or straightening. When i asked her, she gave such a gobby reply.
I just wanted to get out and leave! So so disappointed. Please don't bring your children here. Worst experience of my life in a salon.
