Google Bad Review 1: I bought a pump for my boiler when I returned it back the same day and it was never opened they charged me a penalty of 30% including vat. I tried to ask them for credit for the penalty but they refused.
Try elsewhere unless you are comfortable with poor customer service and refund policy of the last century.

Google Bad Review (2): had red light on the boiler, so i called Navton my local plumber. when plumber from Navton arrived and took the cover from the boiler, i was told that fan needs to be replaced and it will cost £300 +90 for the first visit. i told him i wanted a quick fix as the boiler had insurance cover, and somebody will be coming to look at the boiler in 2 days. he told me that he will spray fan with the oil and it should be fine for anohter couple of days, but boiler went to red light straight after he left. when plumber from insurance came, he said that i had air in the heating system and took him 20 min. to let air out and resolve the problem. he also mentioned that fan is located is such position that it can not be sprayed with oil. All in all £90 pounds paid for nothing.
