Google Bad Review (2): I went in today to make a CHAPS payment for a large sum and I was only given the option of using the out of date computer and card reader to do this, and I was told no staff could do this for me, despite my being the only customer, the time being 10:45am and there being 5 staff on the floor. I was extremely unsatisfied by the response I received, and it has made me reluctant to return – I plan on moving my accounts to another bank.
