Google Bad Review 1: WORST customer service you could possibly get. Just been in to seek mortgage advice and been treated with the utmost level of lack of respect. Made to wait for half an hour to be seen by branch manager who turns out to be too busy and can't just be bothered and instructs teller to book me in to see mortgage advisor. Branch manager decides to see me afterall and the best she can do is hand me a leaflet and refer me to the website (which I could have done if I wanted to anyway). I then walk across to a different bank where I get first class customer service and get an appointment with a mortgage advisor on same day though different branch.
