Google Bad Review 1: Natalie made me cry on my wedding day yesterday. In a bad way.
Despite the fact that we had been toing and froing with emails about “simple wedding make up” & me having “4 bridesmaids”, she accused me of “lying to her that it was a wedding”. After saying I hadn’t, she repeatedly accused me and said “oh you know exactly what you have done”. To which I said she was very unprofessional and I asked her to leave my house.
She was also complaining how much the Uber had cost to get to my house and that she had to get up at 4:30 to get there. She was also quite rude about my bridesmaids and said “how bad their skin was” and that “they look better with more foundation on”.
She should not partake in weddings as she does not have the right character.
I would strongly avoid having her on your special day as she ruined mine.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked Natalie for a wedding makeup trial and I was very disappointed with her service as a whole.
She took a while to confirm my appointment time and then before the trial she texted me to ask if she could push my appointment forward by an hour and a half as she had another appointment in the afternoon. Throughout the session she kept checking the time on her phone and I felt rushed and not made to feel special at all. She was applying individual false lashes and left a huge chunk out of one eye because she was ‘short on time'. I was made to feel guilty for asking her to travel to me. (Despite me covering the cost of travel and her expensive Uber.)
I had previously asked for some recommendations for wedding hair stylists as well which she never got back to me about. She communicated very quickly however when the subject was regarding money! After my initial enquiry she called me and then texted me numerous times regarding me paying a deposit to her to secure a trial when I wasn't even sure whether I would be hiring her.
The makeup itself was awful. I looked so orange and far too much makeup was applied. She seemed not to take any note of the picture suggestions I gave to her and she was unable to do ‘natural' looking makeup. Once she left I was in tears and my now husband was trying to reassure me although he did agree I did not look like myself at all. He was so disappointed for me.
Her correspondence with me after my trial appointment was nothing short of rude. She kept demanding a deposit for my wedding day and when I didn't reply within a few days she spoke coldly via WhatsApp saying that ‘I have seen you have been on WhatsApp at 12:01pm today'. It felt awkward and slightly creepy. There was no way I would be hiring her again!
Terrible terrible service. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Natalie shouldn't talk to her customers the way she talked to me. Do not book for such a special day.
