Google Bad Review 1: Terrible customer service. I booked a massage treatment through Treatwell, I was asked to come back half an hour later than my appointment because she was running behind. Which I did. I then came back after half hour to be told to sit and wait for one or two minutes. After 15 minutes I left because I could no longer delay another engagement.
I have requested a refund, and have had multiple emails ignored. I am still waiting.

Google Bad Review (2): I went in for nail acrylics full set- The lady was very agressive with my nails, she did not have the right equipment which she told half way through the process she said “my brush and glue is not good i will order next week” – so why are you taking customers for acrylics if you do have the right equipment? The nails were bumpy, and she filed and drilled my nails so much that it broke my actual nails. When i went home – the next day my fingers were bruised, and I was bleeding. I called the salon – they told me come back in a week on the 14th to see what they could do for me.. I will be getting a refund as I do not want them to touch my nails anymore. I paid extra at a different salon to take them off the very next day as It was very painful for me. I am so upset, and i hope the manager can deal with this when i go in on the 14th.
