Google Bad Review 1: I would not recommend this nail salon. Twice I have tried to go for a pedicure after work – the only time I can make during the week – and been turned away simply because they didn’t feel like taking me. The first time I tried, I arrived around 7:20PM and got turned away, even though no one was waiting, someone was available to take me, and their website says they close at 8PM. I thought it was weird, but shrugged it off. Today, knowing that last time they had turned me away, I first tried to call to ask if they had time for me, but no one picked up. I then rushed to leave work as early as possible to make sure I could get there with a lot of time to spare before they closed, even if they didn’t answer the phone. I arrived at 6:30PM, a full one and a half hours before closing time at 8PM, and they told me they couldn’t take me. I was dumbfounded. Both this time and last time I wasted money on transportation to and from this place, and on top of that, wasted my time. If they are not going to take customers up until the advertised closing time, they should make that clear or change their advertised closing time to show something more consistent with reality. I never write reviews but I felt this was incredibly unprofessional. I will never be going here again.
