Google Bad Review 1: I visited on Tuesday having had my first experience in January since moving to the area. The guy that did my nails then was pleasant but didn't like the atmosphere in the salon where it felt that they were speaking about customers in their language. I thought I'll give it another chance however my second visit on Tuesday was terrible and I will not be visiting again and would encourage anyone who cares about customer service not to visit. The lady assigned to do my shellac manicure and pedicure had a terrible attitude. She spent the whole time gossiping with her colleague next to her who was not attending to a customer. The cuticle nipper fell on the floor, she picked it, used it on me and then herself which was very nasty and unhygienic! She was rough and rushed my nails – when I pointed out all the air bubbles she gave me a rude look, mumbled something under her breath and lazily ‘fixed' it by adding more clear polish. She refused to look at my feet, add oil as I was putting trainers on and take off the toe separators off my feet and said “you go”. The shellac on my nails are terrible! When it came time to pay I provided my student ID card as they provide a discount Monday – Thursday and because there was no expiry date asked to show other proof – I provided my university assignment, student beans account which showed expiry of August 2022 and they were still trying to deny I was a student all in front of other customers in the store. Very terrible and won't be returning!

Google Bad Review (2): 1st time there I did pedicure they were very unprofessional as they were texting while working on my feet very rude and she randomly left to get changed 2nd time I got my nails done they weren’t wearing any gloves DURING COVID-19! the staff were generally rude I do not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to waste your money
