Google Bad Review 1: I booked an appointment a week in advance for 12pm on Thursday. When I came in a few minutes early, no one greeted me. I waited 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. At 12.03 someone came over and asked what I was having done, before they went to another client. Then I waited 12 more minutes before I gave up and left. I have an important occasion at the weekend and I could have booked elsewhere, now I don't have time to do so. Gutted, disappointed and upset.

Google Bad Review (2): 1 star as you can’t have 0!! So disappointed with my shellac that was done on Sunday! Already chipped. 2 days later…. normally lasts over 2 weeks. I have been coming to this salon for many months and recommend to lots of friends and family. Normally the technician is great. Not the friendliness of salons but never had an issue with the work. The guy that did it – didn't file my nails, I had to ask and he then did it very badly. I gave up in the end. The painting of my nails is terrible – not looped underneath which is why it has chipped. Not painted fully at the sides such a bad job. I haven’t seen the guy before so maybe he is training but still they should make you aware and not charge the full amount if you decide to have them done by an inexperienced person (which I wouldn’t have done).
My nails are short but I don’t normally have any issue!!
They knew I wasn’t happy when I walked out but didn’t say anything and I was too embrassed to make a fuss as it was so busy! My fault on that part I should have stood my ground and made them redo them. Such a shame and very disappointed.
