Google Bad Review 1: Horrific!! AVOID THIS PLACE!! – Microaggression from store owner!!
I booked an appointment on Treatwell for 1.20pm and arrived 6minutes late as I had parked on the wrong road. When I arrived the beautician, ZuZu refused to squeeze in my 10minute treatment as her nail client walked in. She agreed to see me at 2.15pm and so I walked around the area for 45minutes before returning at exactly 2.15pm. When I returned she had locked the door. She had just finished her last client and LIED and said that she had told me 2pm! She clearly had no intentions of doing my eyebrows and instead wasted my time and stole my money as I had booked in advance!! Disappointing and disgraceful treatment. Treatwell has blocked me from leaving negative feedback so I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s experienced this!!

Google Bad Review (2): Just got my eyebrows done from the Asian woman at this shop. I had fully grown thick brows that just needed shaping. This women has completely destroyed my brows. She has created gaps left right and centre resulting in me needing to make my eyebrows thinner. Please avoid this awful salon. Overly priced and incompetent staff. Won’t ever be returning.
