Google Bad Review (2): I tried this salon twice, and both times I came out with mixed feelings about it. While the final nails result is ok, the girls working in the salon need to learn how to address customers and how to handle themselves. The lady who did my nails the second time was rough and unwelcoming. She was impatient and kept telling me to switch hands without a “please” in a rude tone. For the expensive price paid, one would expect a high end customer treatment and a relaxing atmosphere, but this is definitely not the case in this salon. The girls also kept talking to themselves in a foreign language, clearly gossiping. They also fought among themselves in front of customers, which is unprofessional.
For this price, I would recommend going somewhere more professional. Otherwise, there are many nail salons in London that could do the trick with a much lower price.
