Google Bad Review 1: Clearly the other reviews are by the Salon itself! Selling vouchers through a voucher provider for a haircut by Neil Cornelius himself and then reneging on them – flatly refusing, “I'm not going to do it!” Told me to go and get a refund from the voucher provider!! Also told me that all the hairdressers are at the same level when its website has a clear pricing structure for different levels!! Moreover, he and his staff are abrupt and rude!!

Google Bad Review (2): If i could do zero stars i would. My hair looks utterly ridiculous. I only went in for a little cut that could just frame my face and for the length to remain the same which was way below my shoulders. I ended up leaving with a bob and a straight cut side fringe. Im just happy i can just about tie it up even though im having bits hanging out but putting in small clips to keep them in place. Did not expect this from a salon in such a good location with such good reviews. Never again. I do not recommend for anyone.
