Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) Cleaning in this hospital is simply on top. They take money in minutes, 20/30 minutes. If the doctor did not have time to clean, he stops by the timer and says to come next time for cleaning.
The therapist during the examination said that when cleaning, local anesthesia was done due to the sensitivity of the teeth. The doctor who did the cleaning kept for 15 minutes in order not to do anesthesia, in the end I had to go for the therapist to insist. As a result, out of 30 paid minutes, cleaning was done for 5. 15 minutes for disputes, 10 minutes for an injection + waiting until the anesthesia takes effect. 5 minutes of cleaning. As a result, the teeth are not brushed.
After the scandal, the manager decided to make a discount and take money in 20 minutes.

Чистка в этой больничке просто на “высоте”. Берут деньги за минуты, 20/30 минут. Если доктор не успел почистить, то останавливается по таймеру и говорит, чтобы приходили в следующий раз на чистку.
Терапевт при осмотре сказал, чтобы при чистке сделали местную анестезию из-за чувствительности зубов. Врач, который делал чистку припирался минут 15, чтобы не делать анестезию, в итоге пришлось идти за терапевтом, чтобы тот настоял. По итогу из 30 оплаченных минут делали чистку 5. 15 минут на споры, 10 минут на укол + ожидание пока подействует анестезия. 5 минут самой чистки. Как итог зубы не почищены.
Менеджер после скандала решил сделать скидку и взять денег как за 20 минут.

Google Bad Review (2): Unprofessional receptionist, not trained at all usually overcharges patients by not keeping evidence about the patient, in general very rude attitude and service is very much lack of interest. What the dental surgery concerns are the service charge and extra fees for unnecessary appointments. It is average dentist “good” just for an emergency treatment. If you want really good treatment you have to try somewhere else. This surgery is not worth the money you spent in. Not recommend at all !!!
