Google Bad Review 1: Poor experience with booking consultation. Just wanted to discuss concerns and queries with specified doctor. I was contacted the day before to say that they couldn't do my meeting but another doctor could. I asked to be refunded because I wanted the consultation with the doctor I had specifically picked and was told my appointment would be cancelled because I did not upload photos… Will be disputing this further but such a poor first impression!

Google Bad Review (2): I would actually give them less than a one star if I could.
I set up a consultation which I had to pay a deposit for. The first lockdown meant that I was unable to go to the appointment and was also unable to re-book anything. So I have spent the last year emailing and calling to try and get a refund but have hit a brick wall each time. I keep being told someone will get back to me and I am yet to hear from anyone.
Considering the nature of your business I would imagine a lot of trust is needed from patients and a high level of customer service and unfortuantely I have got neither of these from this company.
