Google Bad Review 1: Very rude people there, the younger workers have no idea of discipline. Never go again. Tube delay often happens but they seem to be unfamiliar with this fact. Discipline may include saying hello to the customers without unwelcoming atmosphere when opening the door, not skipping washing hair after cutting for time reduction and not asking the age of a customer in the first conversation.

Google Bad Review (2): Really poor customer experience. Booked a Japanese straightening weeks ago. However due to a last minute switch up with my vaccination(had to move the date due to work travel), the vaccine time was coinciding with my hair appointment. So I got in touch as soon as I could to re-book for another date.
Appreciate that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy, when I contacted them, it was 44 hours before the appointment (not last minute, and to note again: it was a change not cancellation). I was told it would incur a £50 penalty and that ‘I should have thought about my hair appointment before confirming the vaccine time’. Even after explaining this was a last minute emergency.
Wow! Really hoped the business would be more lenient during covid times. Makes one wonder, should a client have tested positive and had to cancel last minute or risk infecting their staff, would the business still take their reservation costs too due to ‘oops, should have thought about your appointment before you got sick’?
