Google Bad Review 1: I would like to write a very honest review about my experience with MKW as I just had my kitchen installed today.
Initial contacts were made on the 11th of September where I provide full specs of what I wanted: the stone type, the colour, the finish, the plan. Delivery date is booked last Thursday, somehow the slab breaks, which delays my delivery by another week and leaves me feeding my children with yet another week of Deliveroo. When I received the worktop and splashback, november 14th, it’s not the finish that I chose (matt instead of polished). Also, I chose a white stone to enlighten my room, and I received it in grey. To top it all, there’s a stain in the stone that they chose not to put on the back but right at the front of the worktop, needless to say that I am extremely disappointed with all this. Especially after having read such good reviews on this platform.
I decided to mark it a one star because, even though I take my share of responsibility of not fully reviewing the order page that they sent me where they arbitrarily changed from polished to matt, and the fact that they made a commercial effort for me to take the goods and swallow it, the professionals who installed it were good and they did their job well although they left a mess, used my Dyson which is now extremely dirty and also they left the leftover material in the middle of my living room, impossible for me to lift on my own and of course very difficult to dispose of in normal rubbish. Thank you for that.
The only thing is that, as unfortunate as this is, I now don’t have my dream kitchen, and although they made a commercial effort, I would have much preferred to pay full price and have my white polished worktop and splashback. Extremely disappointed, I will not recommend

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely unprofessional and not trustworthy.
Am telling only about my experience with them.
I have approached MKW for doing a kitchen worktop and splashback work. I already had tile on it. I have discussed with them these.
Hearing that they said that I need to pay a deposit for £200 for their person to vist and do all measurements to carry out the work. Also they have said that under certain conditions (if tiled but cannot remove) they cannot carryout the work. So I asked would they repay me the deposit, if they say no to the work. I have sent photohraphs about my kitchen and asked if they can confirm. But they said that their tiler /person need to see it personally, for which I need to pay deposit. They cam to me and saw that and said they can't do. When I asked my deposit back they said its their charge for the person to visit the site and that they cannot repay me the deposit. It is not a professional way to deal with customers. Upon after seeing photo graphs in various angles nad the dimesions I have provided to them about the area that the work needs to be done, they simply daid diff reasons, and finally I lost my £200.
Please be careful and thoughful in case if you are paying deposit with the mindset the job you want to be done is a refurb,
