Google Bad Review 1: Very poor customer service even down to the owner today I went to pay for some garden furniture that I had chosen yesterday Sunday, They don’t take American Express, the person who was working there yesterday said it was available and I would have it delivered to me Thursday or Friday of this week £2300, He said come back today Monday To pay with a different debit card I found a member of staff on Sunday very unhelpful and quite rude so I spoke to the owner today and he wasn’t any better, he kept telling me that I was wrong and a member of staff would not of said come back because the item was not available, he kept on and on saying this, totally embarrassing me in front of other people and I know exactly what I was told on Sunday, the member of staff heard the conversation today and just basically didn’t say a word, I feel quite sad that someone can be treated and Basically saying I was lying, when they are clearly in the wrong,
I would not have gone back there today if he had told me the item was not available on Sunday a friend of mine bought some garden furniture and on Sunday he stated that this could be delivered at the same time, when she paid today the item isn’t in stock at the moment apparently coming back in stock within the next couple of days so he clearly got this wrong as well.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful after sale customer service. Ordered a corner suite and 2 of the seat cushions were vacuum packed. When opened they have not plumped up and are completely flat. Tried to call but office was closed so Emailed the enquiry email address. No reply. Called the following day to be told can take 72 hours for a reply. 96 hours later still no reply so called to be told the office was closed, and the email address on the website was incorrect !! Was told con contact through social media, I have messaged and guess what….no reply. I was also told as the cushions had been vacuum packed for up to 2 years ??? it can take several weeks before they plump up. Still no reply to my original email my calls or messaged on social media and now have a suite that is unfit for purpose.
