Google Bad Review 1: I have had the worst experience at this shop. The quality of her work is done at a very poor standard.
She provides no test patch for the glue that she uses on customers.

She does not warn customers against the inherent risks.

She does not take steps to prevent contamination. No washing or sanitising of hands after carrying out services on other customers.

She paced the eyelashes onto my eyelids instead of eyelashes. It’s a very painful procedure. She applies too much glue. Her finish work is very messy.

She does not know to communicate effectively, none of their company policies are explained to customers and she does not provide any information on the type of product she is using.

She is also very passive aggressive when you express your concerns if you are unhappy with a service.

I suffered extreme pain as a result of her poor work. I have had a red runny swollen eye and I was not compensated for the damage, inconvenience or lost suffered. She did not apologise at any point, even though it was very evident that i was in alot of pain. Instead she suggested that i am allergic to the glue. Please note there was no consultation period, no tests provided or no information of the chemicals in the glue.
I have had a series of on going headaches since and i have been unable to sleep and i am currently taking medication.

It was a very emotional and horrible experience since this happened on my birthday, i was in a lot of pain. I communicated and pointed out the discomfort i was suffering but because she had other customers she told me to come back before 6.30 pm and asked for my number. When i came back the shop was closed. I cannot explained the level of pain i experience. I could not sleep, mucus were forming in my eyes.

I believe businesses like these should be reported to the local trading standards to ensure to safety of consumers.

And I would recommend that customers always record any conversation between her because she is a dishonest and rude person. When i came to the shop on the following day and ask to make a complain, she was communicating to her husband who seem to be the owner of the business in a different language so i could not understand what she was telling him. When i spoke to him what she had explained to him was incorrect and she was more trying to cover herself by denying responsibility. I also told her i will not be leaving the premises until she refunds me and provide me with the complaint procedure. I also asked for a receipt of payment and this was not given to me. After refusing to leave she starting making threats that her husband is a lawyer and she will be calling the police. The police informed me that its not a criminal matter and has nothing to do with the police. All of which transpired on my birthday so you can imagine how emotional and painful this experience at her shop was for me.

Providing a service to consumers is not just a matter of running it as commercial reality but also you should take steps to ensure your customers well being and that no harm is caused when carrying out such a service.
