Google Bad Review 1:  I am very saddened by my experience. I can’t comment on the food because I never received it but the customer service was unbelievable.

Ordered a £40 takeaway at 11pm on Saturday night while me & my family was staying in a hotel. waited hours for it to arrive. – Myself and deliveroo kept calling them multiple times but no answer. In the end had to give up and have family go to sleep hungry.

The next morning they lied to Deliveroo saying driver compensated in cash then the story changed to “it was delivered to reception” which again was false. They said “wait until Thursday for the owner to return.”

Thursday came and obviously the owner lies as well making excuses for why the delivery driver didn’t call me if they really arrived and he said “they don’t call people after 11pm because they have abuse in the past” the owner said “he would go the hotel tonight” (even though it was 5 days later) and ask reception where the food went. This came across intimidating. They made it seem like I was the one in the wrong and constantly made excuses.

My theory was I ordered at 11pm on the dot (owner tried saying I ordered earlier which wasn’t true as I got the confirmation) so they accepted the order whether by accident I don’t know… then went home.

Owner made another call back to say they actually shut at 11:30pm on Saturdays, but he didn’t know that before! And their website states 11pm closing time, so another excuse.

These people are very dishonest. Not once did I receive a sorry either, they was just pointing the finger at me.

Deliveroo refunded me thankfully but it’s not the point, it’s very poor customer service. Honesty is the best policy but not with these people.

Google Bad Review (2):  I have never wrote a review in my life, but felt that after this Indian takeaway I had to. It was not cooked with any passion, the only taste that was left in my mouth after was Garlic, no spices or richness, just garlic. The chicken was completely dry. I could have seriously done better with a supermarket cook in sauce. I am sorry for such a bad review, but I’m just being honest. Maybe the chef was having a bad night??
