Google Bad Review 1: This funeral service was the worst I have ever experienced. Absolutely appalling, I'd avoid at all costs. Masjids provide free ghusl services and I'd 100% recommend them.
They treated my father like he was just another body/job they had to do, handling his body roughly when moving it and they were extremely disrespectful to grieving family members. Whenever we tried asking any questions, they would respond in a rude and unprofessional manner saying things such as ‘should I answer your questions or do my job?' and ‘if you know more than me then you do my job' rather than speaking sympathetically with grieving family members. Even when lowering my father's body into the casket it made a thudding noise and it was not done with care at all.
When it came to the burial, there was no strategy on how to take the body to the grave. They took a really awkward route which made people step on other graves whilst carrying the marhoom. Anytime we spoke to him he would say he's done 2500 janazas so we shouldn't question him.
This was one of the worst funeral experiences I have ever gone through, it was so bad that i'd say a non-muslim would have treated their dead better and treated grieving relatives better too.
