Two brothers run the company who haven't go any background knowledge of M&E. They do not listen to employees suggestions, ideas, it's their way or your out.
When you visit the office your not allowed to even make a cup of tea!
Constantly penny pinch your wages!
No health and safety meeting or toolbox talks.
Rip of customers by over charging and encourage engineers to make it look bad as possible.
