Google Bad Review: I had a bad experience with Munchkin Sports.
My daughter's ankle was injured and was bullied in another holiday camp yesterday and she is very frightened to attend any holiday camps anymore. I tried to communicate with the Munchkin Sports lady on the phone regards with cancellation/refund for the bookings next week. And she refused to give any refund and only offer to give 3 days credit and state that's the best she can do. I emphasised that my daughter is suffering from mental stress to attend any holiday camp after the bad experience and she advised me to encourage my daughter to still try their camp which isn't helpful at all.
The cost of my booking is £208 which is a lot of money to me. And the lady on the phone told me she shouldn't be accountable for my loss because it was my daughter's “decision”. I would like to emphasis, it's not her “decision”! She is frightened and she have mental stress for attending the camp so it's not really her “decision”!
I am now getting the Citizen Advise/Ombudsman/Ofsted involved and try to get my refund for the service I will never receive.
So please think carefully before you make payment to them because they don't care about your circumstances and won't refund you whatever! They only care about the profit in their financial report!
