Google Bad Review: Not reliable and recommend to stay away, awful service and not cheap and here is why. Here the whole story; right now there is a blizzard and like several other people my pipes froze and burst so I have no heating and water. I'm calling everybody and Mr. Rooter put me in waiting list in the morning. Another plumber agreed to come later in the day, around 4 pm I receive a call from Mr. Rooter asking I still needed a plumber since they have one available, I said can you give me 20 min to contact the other guy and check where is he, the answer from the lady was yes. So I called the other guy, cancelled and called back to Mr. Rooter , the lady said to me: sorry, I gave your spot to someone else. So I cancelled the other guy and they ditch me, so I asked to speak to a manager. Minutes after the manager, who claimed to be the owner calls me very upset almost yelling at me asking me if I wanted him to hang the lady who spoke to me, when I said no, he just said in a very rude way that he refuse to provide service and that I needed to find someone else.
I understand he was under a lot of stress due to the high demand of work, but I am in a complicated spot with 3 little kids. He didn't even gave me the time to talk or explain. Of course he can refuse because of the high demand.
This was the owner, if this is the kind of service from the owner imagine the type of culture in his company. I see lots of good reviews but this shows to me that the actual plumber might be the good, not the company. I will never recommend this company, in a real moment of need he acted like a little boy. Differently, I was lucky to find Cavoto Plumbing, he answer at 7 pm and came during the blizzard at 7 am and stay until he fixed as much as he could. Please note the huge difference in service. I guess you get cocky when you get bigger, but this clearly signals the issues with fairly big service companies, its about profit, not caring from customers and one guy feeling like a God.
